The patches of clouds
And noises so loud
Take my sleep again
That Venus in sky
Yellow and so bright
And cool air left off of rain
Give me an imagination
To ward the trepidation
Of sorrow and pain
And as rain arrives
I run to my hive
Where my heart’s sustained
You’re somewhere sleeping in bed
And also in my head
In what has remained
And if you call it asunder
Maybe we fix this blunder
And catch night train
I would be at your door
Not washed off ashore
And not go in vain
But as stars can’t be reached
Love can’t be beseeched
I thrive in restrain
But if it makes some sense
Someday I would have riddance
And we would celebrate regain
